Terms of Engagement, Usage & Regulatory Compliance

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds are handled for services purchased through Trade360.ai, a platform operated by Assetrich Investment Services Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Company”). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, and by using our platform or services, you (“User,” “Subscriber,” or “Client”) agree to abide by this Policy in full.


1. NO REFUND POLICY – STRICTLY ENFORCED


All purchases, subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, and one-time service fees made on Trade360.ai are final and non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • User dissatisfaction

  • Performance-related grievances

  • User error or misinterpretation of services

  • Subscription auto-renewals

  • Partial usage of the service

  • Account inactivity or non-usage

  • Change of mind or alternate financial decisions

  • Misunderstanding of service scope or technical capabilities

  • Termination due to violation of terms or compliance


We do not offer prorated refunds, and no partial credits will be issued for unused subscription periods.


2. SUBSCRIPTION-BASED MODEL – USER RESPONSIBILITY


All Trade360.ai services are offered on a pre-paid subscription basis. Users are fully responsible for:

  • Reviewing all service details, product demos, and FAQs before making a purchase.

  • Understanding the scope, features, and limitations of our AI-based automation tools and trading services.

  • Cancelling the subscription before the next billing cycle if continuation is not desired.


Failure to cancel before renewal will not entitle the user to any refund.


3. FREE TRIALS AND DEMOS


In select cases, we may offer:

  • Free trials

  • Personalized demo sessions

  • Limited-access plans


These are provided solely for evaluation purposes and do not qualify for refunds post-subscription. Engaging in a free trial or demo does not entitle the user to future refund claims for paid plans.


4. TECHNICAL ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS


While we take every measure to ensure high uptime, accurate performance, and reliable automation:

  • Temporary disruptions in service, data delay, or platform updates do not qualify for refunds.

  • Any loss due to external broker API failure, internet connectivity, or third-party tools integrated with Trade360.ai is beyond our control and will not result in a refund.

  • It is the user’s responsibility to configure and maintain proper connectivity and ensure adequate system understanding.


5. REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER


Trade360.ai operates as an AI-based tool for algorithmic trading and investing. We are not SEBI registered and do not offer advisory or portfolio management services. Subscriptions are sold as access to tools/software, not as financial promises or profit guarantees. No refunds will be issued based on:

  • Assumed returns

  • Financial expectations

  • Past performance misunderstandings


All users must read and accept our Risk Disclosure Statement and Terms of Use before subscribing.


6. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS


Any attempt to dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider after agreeing to this policy may be treated as fraudulent and may lead to:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Permanent account ban

  • Legal action to recover funds, including administrative and legal costs


All transactions are digitally recorded and legally binding under the jurisdiction mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.


7. EXCEPTIONS (IF ANY)


We may, at our sole discretion, consider an exception only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error

  • Payment made but service not activated, and no access was given within 7 working days


All such requests must be submitted in writing to info@trade360.ai within 72 hours of the transaction, along with full payment proof and explanation. Approval, if granted, will be at the sole discretion of Trade360.ai and will be processed within 14 business days.


8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION


This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.


9. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY


Trade360.ai reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly review this policy to stay informed of updates.


10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT


By completing a purchase or subscription with Trade360.ai, you confirm that you have:

  • Read this Refund Policy in full

  • Understood its contents

  • Accepted its terms without exception


No verbal, written, or implied communication will override the terms stated herein.
